Shift: Rotational, including night shifts and weekends

Job Description

Amazon is looking for dynamic individuals to join its MyHR Live Support team as HR Contact Center Associates. This role is focused on handling live HR queries via phone and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions for employees across the globe.

As an HR Contact Center Associate, you’ll be responsible for addressing real-time issues, providing guidance on HR policies, and supporting employees during urgent situations. This position requires high emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle live HR queries via phone or chat with efficiency and empathy
  • Use SOPs, internal documents, and HR resources to resolve queries
  • Escalate issues that require further investigation or specialized handling
  • Build rapport and trust through professional and empathetic communication
  • Support employees during time-sensitive or urgent matters
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and sensitive issues
  • Meet performance metrics like first-contact resolution and satisfaction scores
  • Adapt to schedule rotations including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes

Who Can Apply?

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any discipline
  • 0 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR, customer support, or contact center roles
  • Fluent spoken and written English (minimum 85% proficiency)
  • Flexible to work 24/7 shifts and adapt to changes in work patterns
  • Must have a stable internet connection (50–100 Mbps) before onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR support or customer service
  • Familiarity with U.S. federal and state leave/disability laws
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills
  • Excellent empathy, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive matters
  • Experience working in fast-paced contact center environments
