Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Verification Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing background checks for employment, education, and criminal history.
- Reviewing documents, form inputs, and data from official sources to validate authenticity.
- Ensuring the accuracy of all verifications while meeting quality and timeline standards.
- Collaborating remotely with an international team to deliver results for clients.
- Supporting job candidates during the verification process and helping prevent fraud or misinformation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
- Basic analytical and critical thinking to catch inconsistencies.
- Self-driven, with a passion for delivering timely and accurate work.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Team player who can also work independently in a remote environment.
- Must reside within 2 hours commuting distance of Bangalore or Mumbai.
