Job Role

Position: HR Contact Center Associate
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Rotational (24×7 support including weekends, nights, and holidays)


Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any stream)
  • Experience: 0–10+ years in contact center, customer service, HR, or similar fields
  • English Fluency: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Internet Requirement: Stable internet connection with 50–100 Mbps speed
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts across time zones

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle live phone calls and chats from Amazon employees across the globe
  • Resolve queries related to HR topics like leaves, relocation, offboarding, compensation, and more
  • Provide empathetic and solution-oriented responses in real-time
  • Ensure confidentiality and high ethical standards while handling sensitive employee information
  • Refer to SOPs and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
  • Meet performance metrics like First Contact Resolution and Customer Satisfaction
  • Follow strict schedules including designated break times

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving
  • Fast adaptability to policy or process changes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced contact center environment

Preferred Qualifications
