Responsibilities
- Create and analyze functional specifications (“As Is” and “To Be”) using GPS (Global Process Structure).
- Capture business needs from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories and other business artifacts.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and define target state processes.
- Ensure all requirements are correctly mapped to processes and contain proper acceptance criteria.
- Align requirements with business and product KPIs, and establish measurement metrics.
- Collaborate with development teams to define data measurements and propose process improvements.
- Provide developers with clear user stories to build and implement technology solutions.
- Support product roll-out and assist during UAT and training sessions.
- Offer post go-live support, gathering feedback and identifying future improvements.
- Stay updated with latest technology trends.
- Temporarily fill in for Product Manager, Head of Product, or Scrum Master as needed.
Profile Required
- Ability to integrate multiple systems and reconcile team needs.
- Experience with preparing and executing User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
- Ability to deliver training and onboarding after successful UAT.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to take initiative.
- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
