Support Specialist (Business)

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via in-app live chat, phone, and email
- Represent Revolut online with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex issues quickly while keeping the customer informed
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure smooth resolution
- Make Revolut users feel secure and supported while using its services
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer support experience in financial services or banking
- Including 1+ year assisting corporate (B2B) clients
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong IT, numeracy, and analytical skills
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience working with diverse customer bases
- Stable high-speed internet connection is mandatory
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Prior experience in FinTech products and services
