Job Role
Position: HR Contact Center Associate
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Rotational (24×7 support including weekends, nights, and holidays)
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any stream)
- Experience: 0–10+ years in contact center, customer service, HR, or similar fields
- English Fluency: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Internet Requirement: Stable internet connection with 50–100 Mbps speed
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts across time zones
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle live phone calls and chats from Amazon employees across the globe
- Resolve queries related to HR topics like leaves, relocation, offboarding, compensation, and more
- Provide empathetic and solution-oriented responses in real-time
- Ensure confidentiality and high ethical standards while handling sensitive employee information
- Refer to SOPs and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
- Meet performance metrics like First Contact Resolution and Customer Satisfaction
- Follow strict schedules including designated break times
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy
- Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving
- Fast adaptability to policy or process changes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced contact center environment
Preferred Qualifications
