Roles and Responsibilities
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in organizing virtual and on-ground employee engagement activities.
- Support the analysis of employee feedback and survey data.
- Collaborate on internal communications for engagement programs.
- Contribute ideas for morale-boosting initiatives and events.
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Help with candidate communications and outreach.
- Maintain data in the applicant tracking system.
- Support onboarding of new hires and help ensure a smooth joining experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
