Job Role & Responsibilities – Operations Associate
- Actively engage with incoming leads and guide them through the booking process.
- Understand the unique accommodation needs of each student and recommend personalized housing solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of housing options, local areas, and pricing to provide accurate recommendations.
- Follow up with potential clients regularly to build trust and increase conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing and supply teams to enhance the customer booking experience.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, queries, and bookings in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve individual targets and performance metrics.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good listening abilities and customer-focused approach
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate confidently
- Sales closing skills over phone calls
- Prior experience with CRM tools (preferred)
