Job Role: Process Executive
Job Location: Chennai, India
Educational Requirements: Graduate in any discipline
Service Line: BPO Service Line
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate data from multiple systems to facilitate inventory availability checks and order entry.
- Perform various order management functions, including order entry and expediting.
- Provide accurate order entry, change orders, and detailed telephone information while maintaining call center objectives and goals.
- Process a high volume of product orders via electronic distribution from order entry to shipment for revenue recognition.
- Plan and proactively manage the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts in SAP, from Order Entry to Collection.
- Support sales with order management, including order tracking and updates using SAP.
- Manage order entry, shipping, fill rates, and product availability.
- Utilize extensive SAP ERP knowledge, covering inventory, sales, receivables, and invoicing modules.
- Handle the complete export process, from ERP to interfaced systems.
- Manage both simple and complex contracts under order booking and management.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
- Understand nuances, intonation, accents, and inferences in English communication.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- S&F (Sales & Fulfillment / Shipping & Freight – domain knowledge preferred)
Salary (Glassdoor Estimate):
