Job Summary
As a Client Data Analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase, you will be responsible for streamlining and improving KYC data collection and verification processes. You will manage a team that supports the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring accuracy, risk compliance, and client satisfaction. This role demands a leader who is tech-savvy, analytical, and capable of building a high-performance, risk-aware team.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team, provide coaching, and deliver performance feedback
- Monitor individual team member performance and productivity
- Resolve client and internal escalations quickly and efficiently
- Operate independently and drive projects without micromanagement
- Make data-driven, experience-backed decisions
- Foster team effectiveness through communication and regular feedback
- Organize and delegate onboarding tasks efficiently
- Fulfill all AML and KYC onboarding requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven team management and leadership capabilities
- Adaptability to manage changing processes and interim projects
- Understanding of banking and financial products
- Strong analytical and execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change management
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AML, KYC, Compliance, Fraud, or Operational Risk
