This role focuses on managing e-banking access for client-facing platforms while working with cross-functional teams such as Client Services, Middle Office, and Help Desk.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process client requests with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to SOPs and SLAs.
- Validate and grant access to electronic banking tools securely.
- Identify potential operational risks and help implement mitigation measures.
- Coordinate with Clients, Client Services, and internal support teams for issue resolution.
- Manage escalations proactively and ensure client satisfaction.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and controls.
Eligibility Criteria:

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
