Support Specialist (Business)


Location

Remote – India (Work from Home)


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service via in-app live chat, phone, and email
  • Represent Revolut online with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve complex issues quickly while keeping the customer informed
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure smooth resolution
  • Make Revolut users feel secure and supported while using its services

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer support experience in financial services or banking
    • Including 1+ year assisting corporate (B2B) clients
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong IT, numeracy, and analytical skills
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases
  • Stable high-speed internet connection is mandatory

Preferred Skills

  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Prior experience in FinTech products and services
