Job Role: Support Specialist – Complaints

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in customer support

Job Description

Revolut is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Specialist – Complaints to join its global operations team. In this role, you’ll be the central point for handling customer complaints with fairness and transparency. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to investigate issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve formal customer complaints within regulatory timelines
  • Identify root causes and implement solutions for recurring issues
  • Enhance internal processes to improve service quality
  • Maintain accurate records and manage a centralized complaint archive
  • Collaborate with teams including Customer Support, Product, and Quality Assurance
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Take ownership of issues from start to finish, delivering a top-tier customer experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and compliance standards

Who Can Apply?

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to think strategically when resolving customer issues
