Role Overview
As an Operations Executive at The Whole Truth, you’ll be responsible for managing B2C (Business to Consumer) operations. Since we don’t use preservatives, our supply chain is uniquely complex and demands high attention to detail. You will play a key role in ensuring timely order fulfilment, cost-efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.
You will work closely with our channel team and vendors, analyze data, generate reports, and continuously look for ways to enhance our processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure timely order dispatch
- Maintain strong relationships with current vendors and onboard new ones as needed
- Track and analyze daily performance metrics
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve operational challenges
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
